Hidden But Visible is a Christ-centered ministry for women who are ready to stop performing and start becoming. Formation. Freedom. Deliverance. What God started in one room in 2019, He is still doing — and it keeps growing.
In 2019, God showed me something I hadn't been able to see about myself. I was hidden — right in the middle of everything, surrounded by people — but hidden. From myself. From others. And yet visible to Him. Fully known. Fully seen.
That revelation wasn't just for me. It became an invitation — to expose and touch the hidden parts, to let God do what only He can do in the places we've kept covered.
Hidden But Visible started as a small group. What God did in that room, He has been doing ever since — through formation, through freedom, through deliverance. Through community. Through the table.
We have been rocking since 2019. And we are just getting started.
Everything Hidden does flows from three commitments — formation, freedom, and equipping the body. Each one is distinct. All of them are connected. And all of them lead back to the same place: encounter with God.
FORMED is our discipleship coaching program — a structured journey through the six foundations of faith rooted in Hebrews 6:1–2. It is not a curriculum you consume. It is a formation you walk. You don't walk it alone, and Christ does the work.
Explore FORMEDFreedom Encounter is Hidden's deliverance ministry. Spirit-led, Scripture-grounded, and built for women who are ready to be free — not just cope, not just manage, but actually free. Some things don't just need to be managed. They need to go.
Learn about Freedom EncounterThe same work God does in an individual woman is available to the communities she belongs to. We resource churches, women's ministries, and organizations serious about building people from the inside out. This is not a service we deliver. It is a partnership we build.
See how we resource the churchThese are not values on a wall. They are the bones of how Hidden operates — in every session, every cohort, every decision about what we build and how we treat the people inside it.
Many leaders have been used for their gifts while being left alone in their development. We have seen what it costs people to pour everything into a ministry that does not pour back. Hidden is intentional about being different.
Whether you are a participant, a facilitator, or someone just finding your way in — you are not a resource to be used. You are a person being formed. That distinction matters here.
This is not just language. It is the operating system of Hidden — built into how we structure leadership, how we pace our work, how we care for the people who carry this ministry, and how we welcome every woman who walks through the door.
Erica Stroman is a daughter of the King, walking in the call He created before she was born. What started as obedience — a small group in Charlotte, NC in 2019 — has grown into a ministry she did not build so much as steward.
What God showed her in that season wasn't just for her. It became the foundation of a ministry built for women who are ready to stop hiding and start walking in what God has already said about them.
Erica writes for All the Way In — a Substack letter series for followers of Jesus pursuing full surrender — and pours into the women God has placed in her life through FORMED, Freedom Encounter, and the wider Hidden community.
She believes that every woman is seen by God, loved deeply, and fully equipped to walk in her purpose — even the parts she has kept hidden. Especially those parts.
Hidden is building — not quickly, but rightly. As God adds to this ministry, the right people find their way in. If you feel a pull toward formation, freedom, intercession, or operations and you want to explore what that might look like, we want to hear from you.
Whether you are looking for formation, freedom, or community — there is a place for you here. The table has room. The work is real. And you do not have to do it alone.
