Untangled is a six-month, Christ-centered formation journey for women ready to recognize what has been shaping them, come into agreement with biblical truth, and learn to walk differently after revelation, healing, and freedom.

Why Untangled

God can reveal the truth in a moment. Learning to live from that truth is a formation journey.

You may know what God showed you. You may have experienced prayer, healing, deliverance, revelation, or a moment that changed how you understood your story.

And still, you may recognize familiar patterns in your reactions, relationships, decisions, boundaries, beliefs, or responses. That does not mean the freedom was not real.

It may mean you now need the time, truth, practice, community, and support required to learn how to walk differently. Untangled was created for that part of the journey.

Prayerfully separate truth from lies, identity from experience, and present choices from past formation.

Practice new rhythms, responses, boundaries, beliefs, and ways of living that agree with who you are becoming in Christ.

This is more than information. It is formation.

Untangled creates a six-month environment where truth can be understood, practiced, and lived in community. The goal is not perfection. It is greater awareness, deeper agreement with biblical truth, and a growing capacity to live differently.

Formation Partners

You were not meant to untangle alone.

Each participant will be paired with a Formation Partner for consistent connection, reflection, prayer, and encouragement. Formation Partners are not counselors, coaches, or spiritual authorities over one another.

They are women walking alongside one another with honesty, care, responsibility, and prayer.

Share what is happening. Notice what is emerging. Name what is becoming clearer. Identify what you are actively untangling. Choose what you will practice differently. Pray in agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions before you join

Do I need to apply?

No. Untangled does not require an application or approval. Your completed first payment secures your place, followed by your agreement and onboarding intake.

Is this a biblical program?

Yes. Untangled is intentionally Christ-centered and biblically grounded. Participants should desire to understand and follow the Lord as the framework for formation and life.

Is Untangled therapy or counseling?

No. Untangled is a discipleship and formation experience. It does not replace therapy, counseling, pastoral care, medical care, or crisis support.

When do I receive Heartbeat access?

Enrolled participants receive access beginning October 5, 2026. Onboarding and preparation are delivered by email before the journey begins.

Do I have to attend every live gathering?

Please make the gatherings a priority. Replays and course materials support unavoidable absences, but active participation is an important part of the journey.

What is a Formation Partner?

Another participant paired with you for structured connection, reflection, encouragement, and prayer—not to counsel, coach, fix, or spiritually oversee you.

Is At the Table Extended included?

Yes. It is included during the active six-month Untangled journey. Continuing afterward is optional and separate.

You do not have to remain tangled in what God has already brought into the light.
